Jay has been in the IT industry over 15 years, with over 13 years of cyber security experience. He earned his CISSP in 2014 and CCSP in 2023. During his career he has worked in 3 different geographies which include Mid Atlantic, New York City and the west coast of the United States. He has spent years engineering different solutions for clients of all verticals, such as Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Security Information Event Management (SIEM), Network Detection and Response (NDR), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Privilege Account Management (PAM). Most recently after spending numerous years with blue team defensive technologies, Jay has joined Pentera. In his role Jay advised and engineered red teaming strategies for clients across the United States and Latin America, leading a team of engineers in North and South America. In 2024 Jay was appointed as Field CISO, evangelizing security validation strategies amongst CISO / security practitioner communities as well as the successes Pentera has had amongst its numerous customers.

Bertie is a seasoned Cybersecurity Consultant and Architect with extensive experience in cybersecurity tools, services, and compliance. Specializing in helping organizations identify, quantify, and enhance their cybersecurity posture, Bertie's core competencies include cybersecurity, managed detection and response (MDR), data forensics and incident response (DFIR), offensive security, compliance and security frameworks, domain protection, and cyber insurance. With expertise in technologies such as Cisco Security, SentinelOne, runZero, Proofpoint, Palo Alto Networks, Keeper Security, and Trustifi, Bertie holds multiple technical certifications. Bertie is proficient in various types of projects, including penetration testing, red teaming, compliance assessments, cyber insurance rationalization, breach preparedness, incident response planning, security operations process improvement, risk analysis, budget prioritization, vulnerability management, and brand protection.

Paul is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in security and network administration. Currently, he serves as a Security Engineer at Sycuan Casino Resort, having been promoted from his previous role as a Security Analyst. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Network Administrator for the Barona Band of Mission Indians for over six years. His earlier experience includes roles in operations technology and tech support at McDonald's Corporation and Staples. Paul is based in San Diego, CA, and has a strong background in troubleshooting, training, and technology repair.
