As the Director of the Center for Threat-Informed Defense, Jon Baker advances the state of the art and the practice in threat-informed defense globally. Jon co-founded the Center as a privately funded R&D organization that partners with sophisticated cybersecurity teams to systematically advance the global understanding of adversary tradecraft and apply that knowledge to improve the community’s ability to defend against those threats.
Jon has extensive experience leading R&D teams and collaborating with industry to advance cybersecurity. Most recently, he led MITRE’s Cyber Threat Intelligence and Adversary Emulation Department where he advanced those critical capabilities across MITRE, oversaw CALDERA, and MITRE ATT&CK®. Jon led teams developing open standards including STIX and TAXII.

James Crowley is a Managing Director and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at BTIG, a global financial services firm that specializes in investment banking, institutional trading, and related brokerage services. As CIO, James co-heads the firm’s Technology Department and serves on the Global Operating Committee. Prior to joining BTIG, James held several leadership positions at a Managed Security Service Provider and earlier in his career he served in the US Army Special Operations Command. James holds a Series 7 license and has an MBA from Columbia University, a Master's in IT Management from Georgetown University, and a BA from Hamilton College.

Stefan Wenigmann assumes the role of the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Bucher Industries covering all divisions of the group. His responsibilities span across cyber security aspects of IT, OT as well as secure product development for the various divisions of Bucher Industries which are specialized in diverse areas of the industrial products and manufacturing sectors.
He holds a degree in Computer Sciences and Economics from the HFU Furtwangen University of Applied Sciences, Germany, and has obtained several recognized data protection and privacy, information security as well as cyber security certifications (including CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC). He has roughly 20 years of experience with regards to cyber security, data protection and privacy, IT risk management as well as computer forensics. Before joining Bucher Industries more than 5 years ago, he held a position as Senior Manager in the cyber security team, heading the cyber threat management stream of an advisory and audit professional services organization in Zurich, Switzerland.

Prior to Pentera, Amitai held senior global sales positions at successful Fintech companies like SuperDerivatives (2005-2012), now part of ICE (NASDAQ:ICE) and Earnix, where, as the VP of Sales, he established and scaled the global sales team, between 2012-2016.
Amitai holds an LL.B and a BA in Business Administration from the Reichman University in Israel and an International Executive MBA from Kellogg- Recanati, awarded jointly by Tel Aviv University in Israel, and Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.
